Is there anything wrong with the zipper it looks like its sunk down in the purse

The bag is very dirty, the leather is very porous (unfortunately this isn't visible in the pictures), and it stinks terribly. The smell can't be eliminated by airing it out alone. Unfortunately, cooperation regarding returns is limited, and I've already paid €70 in customs and taxes, so I can't recommend it. Too expensive and too uncooperative!

Bought this with a discount price but they charged my tariff from the original price not from the amount i paid which is technically I didn’t get the discount. I won’t buy if I knew it. A pouch without a strap is overpriced.
Please be more transparency and honest with the price next time.

Cannot unzip zipper !!

I received a Burberry bag in unacceptable condition and mold smell. They never answer their email and I had to contact with Instagram. Very poor service and very disappointing product.
