Shipping policy
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. However, due to current geopolitical conditions and carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations (subject to change):
- North Korea
- Syria
- Cuba
- Iran
- Belarus
- Russia
- Crimea and specific regions of Ukraine (non-government controlled areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia)
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for most destinations. However, customs duty, VAT, sales tax, and other fees may apply.

Processing & Delivery Times
"Your order will be processed and shipped within one business day after we receive it. Please remember that we follow the Japanese calendar for our business days.
Here's how long it will take for your order to arrive after we've shipped it, depending on where you live:
- United States: 1 to 4 business days (2 to 5 business days after you've paid).
- Australia: 2 to 5 business days (3 to 6 business days from payment).
- Canada, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands: 2 to 6 business days (3 to 7 business days from when you pay).
- United Kingdom, France, and Italy: 3 to 6 business days (4 to 7 business days after your payment).
Please be aware that sometimes shipments can be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, customs checks, or issues with the delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any such delays.
Also, note that orders placed after 7:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Thursday will be processed the following business day. Orders made after 7:00 AM PST on Friday will be processed on the next Monday. Since shipping services do not operate on weekends and Japanese holidays, we do not process shipments on these days either."
Tracking Information
Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your shipment's progress either on our website or directly on the carrier's website.
Duties, Taxes, & Other Fees
"International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees. Please note that these charges are the customer's responsibility. Payment is typically collected upon delivery.
All prices shown and any outstanding amounts reflected at checkout do not include import taxes, duties, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country."
Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancellations or changes can be made to an order before it is shipped. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at the following address: info@brandstreettokyo.com
Return & Exchange Policy
"We accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to conditions. Please see our Return Policy for details. In the case of a return for customer convenience, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Since we handle one-of-a-kind items, exchanges are not possible. Please return the item(s) in your possession and purchase the new item(s) separately once the return has been accepted."
Handling of Damaged or Defective Goods
If an item is damaged or defective during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please also contact the shipping carrier (DHL or FedEx). It is a condition of contacting the shipping carrier to receive compensation.

All items will be shipped from Japan.
